Order On-Line
You can submit your entire order completely on-line. When you order on-line, you automatically activate our secure environment that encrypts information sent over the Internet.

You can Shop On-Line, selecting the gifts you wish to order. Use Quick Order with Catalog if you have already selected your gift numbers from our catalog and are ready to place your order with us now.

Order By Phone
Use our catalog order form as a guide when calling with your order. Be sure to let us know you found us on the Internet. We are interested in your comments about our site.

In the US and Canada, have your order form and credit card ready and call: 800-698-1721.

Order By Fax
You can fax us your completed your order form toll-free, 24 hours a day. Be sure to sign the order form and include your credit card number and expiration date.

Order By Mail
You can also mail us your completed order form. Please include credit card information, check or money order.

When ordering, please be sure to provide accurate shipping information. To order online, by phone, or by fax, you must use a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club or Discover. All payments must be in US funds.

Be sure to allow sufficient time for your desired delivery date when placing your order.

Delivery Information

Delivery Dates
To ensure timely arrival of your gifts, especially for Holidays or Special Occasions, be sure to allow sufficient time for delivery. Subject to availability, we will generally ship gifts within 3 business days after we have received an order. Actual date of delivery will depend on a number of factors, including distance and time of year.

Delivery Restrictions
Due to perishability and customs restrictions on many of our gifts, we have limited our gift shipments to addresses in the United States, US Possessions, APO-FPO addresses and Canada. We will accept orders from anywhere in the world for delivery to addresses within these areas.

The shipping restrictions are as follows: Alaska & Hawaii - no plants, fresh fruit, or cheesecake. APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico and U.S. Possessions - no meats(except sausage), plants, fresh fruit, or cheesecake. Canada - no meats, plants, or cheesecake.

Make next year's gift-giving easier! Place a $100 order and we'll maintain your gift list. Next year along with your first catalog you'll receive a list of people on your previous gift list and gifts you sent. Let us know of any changes to your list and which gifts you'd like to send this year. That's all there is to placing your order!
