Fresh Plum, Walnut And Wisconsin Gorgonzola Pizza

12 fresh flour wheat tortillas 8-inch diameter
4 tablespoons butter, melted
24 fresh, large plums, pitted*, thinly sliced
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
12 ounces Wisconsin Gorgonzola Cheese
*Fresh pears may be substituted for the plums when plums are out of season, using about 1/2 pear per pizza.
Brush wheat tortillas with melted butter, using about 1 teaspoon butter on each. Brown on both sides on a grill or griddle. Arrange 2 plums on top of each tortilla to cover the surface. Sprinkle with the walnuts. Sprinkle 1 ounce crumbled Wisconsin Gorgonzola Cheese on each pizza. Broil 30 seconds to 1 minute until cheese is melted. Cut into quarters and serve.
