Limburger

The Germans made it world-famous, but Limburger originated in the Liege region of Belgium and was sold in Limburg. As the sole U.S. producer of Limburger, the Chalet Cheese Cooperative in Monroe, WI provides American fans with the pungent, earthy cheese. Smooth and creamy, this semi-soft cheese increases in intensity as it ages.
