Muenster

European immigrants brought this semi-soft cheese to America in the late 1800's. An instant hit, Wisconsin cheesemakers created a milder Muenster with a firmer texture, making it the perfect partner for sandwiches. Mild flavor mellows with age. Semi-soft cheese is creamy and savory with a faint aroma.
