4 soft French rolls
1/4 c. yellow mustard
8 slices Chalet Swiss Cheese
or Gruyère Cheese
8 slices Canadian bacon
4 1--oz. slices Wisconsin Provolone Cheese
8 slices ham
16 bread and butter pickle slices (long sandwich slices)
4 tsp. butter, melted
Split rolls. Spread cut sides of roll with mustard. Layer and divide Wisconsin Swiss Cheese, Canadian bacon, Wisconsin Provolone, ham and pickle slices among roll halves. Heat sandwich press. Brush top and bottom of sandwich lightly with butter; grill about 4 minutes or until bread is crispy and cheese begins to melt. (Or, grill in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side, pressing down on bread with spatula while cooking.)
Makes 4 servings.
