1/2 c. chopped onion 2 Tbsp. butter 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled 1 c. (8-oz.) Chalet Swiss Cheese, shredded 2 Tbsp. flour 3 eggs 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Pinch nutmeg 1 baked pastry shell (9 inch)
Sauté onion in butter. Toss onion, bacon and cheese with flour. Beat eggs; add milk and seasoning. Stir in bacon and cheese mixture. Pour into baked pastry shell. Bake at 400° F for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set.
