Good Sausages. problem with the cheeses

A couple of the cheeses seemed kinda stale. They were very crumbly. Mostly the Cheddar & the Brick cheese. The sausages were awesome.

Cheese and sausage were very good tastewise. However, the small rectangle of brick cheese had a significant amount of black mold growing inside the plastic sealer. Never encountered this before.
