Fresh Taste

Really good and fresh. Expected it to be more dried....the elk, buffalo, and venison sausages tasted very similar to each other (almost exact to the taste of summer sausage that you find elsewhere.) Just a hint of difference can be detected in each flavor. I absolutely thought it would taste more wild like the real meats of these animals. Just a tinge of disappointment on my part.

this is the best wild game sausage we have eaten - each one had a distinctive flavor - great paired up with crackers and cheese with a glass of red wine and shared with friends - we will be back for more

if you want a wild game taste. you won't get it here this sausage taste like garlic sausage so don't waste your money
