Excellent for cooking, slicing for sandwiches. My only reservation is the wax wrapping tends to leave particles on surfaces which turn blue and are less than easy to clean up.

Wisconsin Cheeseman has the BEST cheese anywhere. I have loved the product ever since I was in high school and had to sell it for fundraisers. I have never been able to find that quality and superior tase of cheese anywhere else, especially the extra sharp.
