My wife and I enjoy this fine Swiss Cheese, the taste is hard to explain other than FANTASTIC is the only word we can use, have made several purchases of this cheese and will get lots more .

We loved this cheese. Even our picky 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 year old grandchildren kept asking for more. I can't say how it melts because we ate it all up before I could cook with it!
