Good for shredding

This is a good dry cheese for shredding over Mexican or Italian dishes. It won't knock you out with great flavor, but it's a good compliment to flavorful foods.

A marriage of flavors

Didn't think I was going to like this as much as I did - nutty, sweet and spicy all in one bite! An interesting marriage of flavors that deserves munching all by itself, or at most, with a cracker. I've already oredered more!!

Best Cheese!

This hard cheese is wonderful grated on any kind of pasta dish. Or slice and ate with cracker! Has a little nutty favorite ,mild, I will certainly buy more.
