Memories

Years ago, we owned a camp in Canada. Nearby was a cheese factory and we all would watch them making cheese, then buy some curds and enjoy the squeaky sound while we ate them. Can't get them in North Carolina, so we were all so happy when I found them in your catalog. The sad part is you stop mailing them April 15 so we have to wait till you can send them in cooler weather.

I told a friend that I was ordering cheese curds and she asked what they were. This mild cheese is a great snack. I think it's tastier than the string cheese that is so popular.

Loved the curds - ate two cartons within a week of delivery. They're fantastic on baked potatoes, but if you add brown gravy, you will love them for life. Actually, I need to buy some more...
