Yellow Cheddar with Apple

This is a nice cheddar cheese (medium to sharp) with a very slight taste of Apple and a subtle hint of cinnamon. Used more for sweet type dishes, or good alone!

These tasty cheeses are for the curious eater - but - eat them fast or you'll find mold starting to form after being open for only a week. Eat fast and enjoy. All three are yummy.

The flavor explosion of fruit with the crafted cheeses is pretty intense. Great with wine & artisan breads. The only thing is it tended to crumble simply because there is so much delicious fruit packed into the cheese. Makes an elegant presentation on a cheese tray!

I didn't like the Blueberry Cheese. The yellow cheddar did not include Apples. I thought the Apples were in chunks.
