Can you freeze there meat or cheese and how long does it stay fresh upon receipt?

Hi Karen, You can keep our hams and sausages for one week in the refrigerator or up to two months in the freezer. Our cheeses cannot be frozen, they will keep unopened for up to two months in the refrigerator and if opened can be refrigerated for up to three weeks.

Received the maple ham links in a gift box, but no cooking instructions. Pleas instruct.

Hi Jack. The maple links can be cooked in a fry pan seared to your liking. We have some customers who have used their air fryers or even toaster ovens. But the desired method we be to use a fry pan.
