this has been the most fantastic swiss cheese. we used to purchase it every season, then bad times ruined that. It has been 7 years since we have been able to afford this great cheese.

LOVE SWISS CHEESE
Great Swiss Cheese. Not to sharp or mild....just right. Only thing I miss is bigger holes in it. I should be grateful because more cheese with less holes. It is also a good price if you compare it to the stuff they sell in grocery stores. Freezes well if y ou cut it into sizes you will be using it for, before freezing. I use zip lock bags. Make sure you get all the air out of them before completely sealing.

WOW THATS GOOD

How old is it?

All Swiss Cheese is aged for varying lengths of time. Once the aging process is complete it is placed in our inventory. Our cheese inventory is constantly revolved to ensure our customers get only the freshest cheeses. Thank you for your inquiry.
