I didn't find this to be anything special. There were no special tastes to the cheeses or sausage. (I have not eaten the ham as yet.) Further, the size of the items was surprisingly small.

The Sausage is good in the refrigerator for 1 month and can be frozen for 2 months. Meats such as
Ham can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks and frozen up to 2 months also.

What is the turn around time for ordering as we want to order cheese assortments for an event and we won’t know how many to order until February 1st and we would need the cheese assortments by February 25th? We will need approximately 50-70.
