Ratings & Reviews

German-Style Brick Cheese is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 48.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from OMG My Eyes Are Watering I bought the German-Style Brick Cheese for my husband. We lived in Germany back in the 70's and he fell in love with a cheese that was referred to as Stink Cheese. Your German-Style Brick Cheese came very close to his memory. (And my memory, too) It was double wrapped after he opened it and kept in the refrigerator. He loved it and it was all gone too soon.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Far too mild aroma and flavor compared to others My father and I enjoy strong aged brick cheese. We tried two bricks. They had an extremely mild flavor and aroma and will not satisfy if you're looking for the traditional, desired flavor and aroma of aged german brick cheese the way it's supposed to be.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Good Wisconsin Cheese This is a good semi-soft cheese for someone that enjoys a pungent and tangy cheese but not overbearing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A True Baby Limburger Lives up to being a very robust flavor with a pungent aroma, but that's what makes it delicious. It brings back good memories for my husband.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from no good I have lived in Germany and this brick cheese was not close, actually it tasted spoiled so I threw it out. This was a substitution of an order that I had placed and received the wrong one but when I called they could not replaced the whole order so I order this cheese which I thought was the replacement but was charged for it anyway.Regardless I will not order from Wisconincheeseman again.
