Taste explosion
Love this cheese...stinky yes...but the longer you wait, it gets better with age,,,,,,...the better the taste bursts through.....of course only for the strong of heart for this type of cant tolerate it.......pungent, creamy, strong, buttery at times, with that kick that I always look forward to with this cheese. when you just have the patience to wait for it.....so so good

Strong smell but delicious!
If you don't like strong smelling nd tasting cheese, then keep on moving. BUT, if you want a great cheese, this is it. We grow up with it and called it "stinky cheese." It's so hard to find in the stores now but luckily you can buy it here! Great with a book red wine.
