Another form of provolone cheese. Use on pasta, utilizing the pasta water with the hot pasta and stirring to allow the cheese to melt into the pasta. Nice and creamy.

Would not purchase again.
We had high hopes for this, butter and cheese. Very disappointed. The provolone was too pungent for our liking. We actually tossed it in the trash.
