Question & Answer
Do all the sticks need to be fridgerated? Was looking for a dried meat snack that is shelf stable. Is there any dehydrated meat you guys sell that is shelf stable without needing to be fridge unless opened?

Our Bakery gifts will keep in the refrigerator for one week to one month and may be frozen up to three months, although freezing may affect the texture. Meats and Sausages should not be frozen or refrigerated longer than three months. Unopened Cheese can be kept refrigerated for up to two months. Opened Cheese can be kept refrigerated for up to 3 weeks. Cheese Spreads can be kept refrigerated up to one month. If longer storage is needed, some Cheese Spreads can be frozen up to three months. When ready to serve, thaw in the refrigerator and serve at room temperature. Thank you for reaching out!
