Taste good, but mold at the bottom...
Ordered several bags as gifts and some for myself. Surprisingly, none of the bags where vacuum sealed. The bag I opened first was tasty but it had some molded pieces. Very disappointed but the company responded quickly and fairly.

What are Cheese Curds?
Cheese Curds are delicious. If you have not tried them, I can tell you the Curds seem to disappear like magic. Usually, I buy two packages at a time, my son demolishes both packages very quickly. The first time I purchased them, he insisted his friends had to try them as they had never had a Curd. The second purchase, he kept them to himself and didn't tell his friends he had more.Its not even a month, and the Curds have all been eaten. I am lucky to have eaten two!

Just like I remembered.
Probably about 45 years ago I had a good friend that used to get cheddar curd once in a while. I really loved it, I just happened upon your website a thought I would give it a try. This one time that the product was just as good as I remembered - an unexpected pleasure. I can’t wait to sample more of your products. THANK YOU!

Can you freeze cheese curds?
You can freeze them, but their texture is more crumbly when thawed I prefer them fresh and squeaky.
