You should be ashamed
The packaging was very disappointing. The box was too big for the product. The contents were strewn on top of the 'birds nest' material. There was no protective covering on top of the product.. The quality control was very poor. I purchased four packages for three close friends and myself. the packages were sent to Midland Texas, St. Augustine Florida and Traverse City Michigan. I was embarrassed.
I wrote a complaint and received a trite form response that I could return the package and
receive a refund. A joke. Never again.

Shipping and processing charges are based on the order total, plus $3.99 for each additional shipment. A shipment consists of any number of items going to the same name and address, with one arrival date and a single greeting. This amount needs to be added to each address not consisting totally of postpaid items. Information regarding this handling charge is located to the right of the postage chart in the catalog, and states, "Plus $3.99 for each shipping address." As stated on the Free Gift Coupon, the $3.99 address charge is charged when a Free Gift is sent alone to an address.
