Nice aged cheese
Got this today and tried it. The cheese is, as they said, crumbly. Cutting it was a little difficult but manageable. The flavor of the cheese is good but it DOES have a strong bitter after taste...vaguely reminiscent of a heavy hop ale. This is not a terrible thing, and we enjoyed the cheese. I would buy again.

Best ever!
This cheese is a sharp and creamy cheddar. It is a much better cheddar than anything you can get at the grocery store - by far! Even the expensive artisan cheeses can't match the flavor of this cheddar.

Superb flavor
This 12 year old cheddar is simply fantastic. The intense sharpness it enhanced by the salty crystalized bits. Will be buying this again, and again in the future.
