Not worth the cost
The outside frosting was very hard and difficult to cut. The loaf is very small for the total cost of $40.

Carrot Cake -Yuk
cake was dry and had no flavor. Didn't taste like carrot cake. My granddaughter had an idea to put it in the micro before eating. It helped softened the cake, but still didn't improve the taste.
