When I received this cheese, I was concerned that it wasn't protected by dry ice, but my worry was for naught........this cheese was DA BOMB!!!! As soon as I opened one of the two packages.......and took a bite......I was in heaven!!!! This is the tastiest cheese I have had in ages!!!! Thank you for adding this wonderful cheese to your selection!!! It is amazing and goes with many different things!!! Absolutely love it!

Hello. In addition to traditional Raclette cheese, you can also use Camembert, Brie, sharp Cheddar, Emmental, Gorgonzola, Gouda, Gruyère, mozzarella, and Monterey Jack.

is it safe to eat the darker rind on this whiskey cheese? thanks!

Hi! Rind is generally safe to eat unless there is wax, cheesecloth or paper on the rind. We hope this information is helpful.
