Excellent Mild Cheese
Bought this and some other cheeses to serve with appetizers to guests at Christmas and New Years. Absolutely delicious, smooth, mild and buttery. Also used some in cheesy au gratin potatoes - perfect! Will definitely buy again.

Excellent
As a new Wisconsin Cheese customer I was blown away by how tasty this Butterkase cheese is. I'm a bit of a cheese-phobic, and generally stick to a few cheeses I know I like, but I took a chance because it sounded yummy and had good customer reviews. I'm so glad I did.
