The Klondike Cheese Co. has been producing award-winning cheese at the same location since the late 1800s.
Four generations of the Buholzer family have been making cheese there since 1925 after moving to Green County,
Wisconsin, from Switzerland many years prior. Today Klondike Cheese Co. is home to six Master Cheesemakers combining
state-of-the-art equipment, their own special recipes and time-honored traditions of cheesemaking.
